Real-name verification

Draw your signature
HOWMe → Handwritten signature → draw with your finger 2–3 takes, keep the smoothest one.
TIPStrokes get auto-smoothed. Prefer pen on paper? Photograph it — the background gets cut out.
Add your seal
HOWCompanies: upload the official stamp + authorization letter (reviewed in about a day). Individuals: a personal seal is generated from your verified name.

Start a new task

Upload & preview
HOWPick a PDF, Word or image — or photograph the paper original. Flip through the preview to confirm every page, then tap Create Contract.
TIPPhotographing? Turn on Enhance text — it crops the edges and darkens the lines.
Add the signers
HOWIn Signing Details, add yourself (Me) and the other party (Other), set the deadline, then hit Next.
TIPDon’t have their info yet? Skip it — they fill their own fields when they sign.

HOWIn Configure Signing Areas, drop input fields and signature boxes onto the page. Each one is color-coded by signer — Me in yellow, the other party in blue.
TIPEvery required field must be placed before the contract can be created — nothing gets missed.
Set the signing order
HOWSequential — A signs, then B, then C. Or Parallel — everyone at once. Add an optional deadline.

HOWCreate the contract, then invite them via WeChat, WhatsApp, Facebook, email or SMS — or tap Notify to ping them right from the task.
TIPSilence for a while? Nudge again from the task list. Wrong version? Recall, edit, resend — takes a minute.
